REPORT: Judge rules against 84 Lumber
Company is ordered to pay $281,000 to a Maryland developer.
According to a report in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, a federal court judge ruled in favor of a Maryland builder and customer of 84 Lumber’s construction services who brought a breach of contract suit against the pro dealer.

According to the Post-Gazette, the ruling calls for a payment of $281,000 in damages to the Maryland developer Gregory Mortimer. The judge dismissed all other claims, including consequential damages.
