The 2022 State of the Pro Annual Report, released by Lowe’s in February, found that 90% of pros said it is important for retailers to have valuable loyalty programs.
The report includes results from a survey conducted by TRUE Global Intelligence who surveyed 1,000 pros and 1,000 homeowners in the United States.
The report also arrives at a time when homeowners are looking to enhance their homes for both value and lifestyle reasons. About 74% of homeowners said home improvement projects are an opportunity to enhance the value of their homes.
According to survey results, 80% of pros said there is a need for home improvement professionals. The full study can be accessed here.
