Home Depot hires marketing leader

The Home Depot named Molly Battin senior vice president and chief marketing officer, effective October 3.

Molly Battin joins The Home Depot from Delta Air Lines, where she served as SVP and global brand marketing officer.

In this role, the retailer said, “her team was responsible for all aspects of global brand strategy and marketing execution, successfully positioning Delta as a trusted brand among customers, employees and communities around the world.”

Prior to Delta, Molly spent 19 years at Warner Media, most recently serving as chief corporate marketing and brand strategy officer.
