Spring Market 2023 for Do it Best will be held March 11-13 for the first time in Orlando.

The Do it Best Spring Market 2023 will make a departure from Indianapolis – its usual home – and convene at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, March 11-13.

“Do it Best will move its spring market out of its traditional home in Indianapolis and take it on the road to various locations around the country, starting with Orlando,” said Dan Starr, president and CEO.

Planned at the spring market, Do it Best will be rolling out its new e-commerce platform at this show.

“Convenience tied to local member store inventory will be showcased for online member users, to drive more traffic to member stores, where they can sell more,” said the company.

There will also be Knowledge Central seminars, and Solutions in Action, a popular full-size home center exhibit featuring best practices for merchandising, lighting, layout, and branding, said the firm.

Do it Best is also hosting an after-hours event exclusively for members called An Evening at SeaWorld, Sunday evening, March 12.

The re-envisioned spring market will be built to facilitate product purchasing and member networking and engagement, said the company.

“The virtual element of the market will continue to offer the full range of vendors’ products and market specials our member-owners have come to count on,” said Rich Lynch, vice president of marketing.

The Fort Wayne, Ind.-based firm said it is moving forward with a redesigned approach to its 2023 spring market that combines the online and in-person market experiences in a new way. The co-op is also bringing geographic diversity to future spring events.

“Over the last two years, we’ve had a lot of opportunities to talk with our members and vendors about what they value most in a market experience,” said Starr.

“What’s come through loud and clear is how important it is for people to come together. We’ve always offered that at our markets — and will continue to do so,” said the CEO.

“But just as we encourage our members to regularly refresh their stores to excite their customers, we’ve reimagined a spring market that delivers something different and valuable for our members and vendor,” said Starr.
