Huttig creates HuttiGrip private label line

St. Louis, Missouri-based Huttig Building Products, distributor of millwork, building materials and wood products, announced Tuesday the formation of a new division to expand its private label construction fastener and specialty building products line.

The HuttiGrip Division will be led by David Fishbein, Robert Furio, Ken Fishbein, and Mona Zinman, and will focus on expanding the HuttiGrip private label product line nationally. All four executives at one time or another held the title of co-CEO of PrimeSource Building Products.

Currently, Huttig operates 27 distribution centers serving 41 states. Huttig’s wholesale distribution centers sell principally to building materials dealers, national buying groups, home centers and industrial users, including makers of manufactured homes.
