Benjamin Obdyke names new market development manager
Benjamin Obdyke, the supplier of moisture management products, ridge vents, and rainscreens, announced that Karl Feucht has joined the company as market development manager.
In his new position, Feucht will educate architects, specifiers, and custom home builders on building envelope products and high-performance wall systems. As part of these efforts, he will spend time on job sites providing hands-on product and installation training, helping contractors and builders implement building science-driven practices that ensure quality and longevity. Feucht’s territory comprises New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Feucht brings 13 years of building products knowledge to the position, including six years as a territory manager with Manufacturers Reserve Supply where he gained first-hand experience selling Benjamin Obdyke products.
“Through his experience working on the distributor side of the industry, Karl has an intimate understanding of what customers are feeling and what they need, and he can apply that to his new role,” said Joe Holcombe, national sales manager for Benjamin Obdyke. “What’s more, Karl’s organized, driven approach will help us continue our efforts to educate customers on our products, how they stand out from the competition, and how they work together to create resilient, long-lasting homes and structures.”
