Beacon has opened greenfield locations in College Station and Sherman, Texas.

According to the roofing and building products distributor, the branches establish Beacon’s service to both residential and non-residential customers in the vibrant Bryan-College Station and Sherman-Denison markets.

The College Station and Sherman branches are both stocked with leading brands of roofing and complementary products, including Beacon’s own TRI-BUILT private label brand.

Contractors in the markets will also have immediate access to Beacon PRO+, the distributor’s digital platform that allows pros to manage their business online.

“We look forward to introducing the Beacon customer experience to contractors in College Station and Sherman. Our team of building materials experts will help customers grow their businesses by saving time and operating more efficiently,” said Jason Taylor, president of Beacon’s West Division. “We are also proud to give back as we join the community by helping neighbors through our national partnership with Rebuilding Together.”

Based in Herndon, Va., Beacon currently operates more than 400 branches in the United States and Canada.

“This opening continues to demonstrate our commitment to making Ambition 2025 investments to drive above-market growth and operational excellence,” commented Julian Francis, President & CEO of Beacon. “We intend to open approximately 15 locations this year to support our 2025 organic growth ambitions as well as talent development opportunities for the Beacon team.”
