Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) has named P. Bianca Domally as chief financial officer.

ABC said Domally will work alongside the association’s leadership to ensure ABC operates with purpose, vitality and relevancy in financial services in a way that is valued by ABC members, chapters and the overall construction industry.

The new CFO will be a transformational leader in designing and deploying the financial framework for chapters and be their primary contact regarding nonprofit tax, accounting and related issues, ABC said.

“ABC is thrilled to welcome Bianca to the team,” said Michael Bellaman, ABC president and CEO. “In addition to her nearly 35 years of financial experience, Bianca brings with her strong credentials, leadership, integrity and communication abilities to lead this top-performing association, its chapters and its affiliated organizations in stewarding our finances and formulating budgets well.”

“ABC’s passion for the construction industry and its people is palpable and drives me toward continued excellence,” said Domally. “I am honored to be part of this organization, and will, as always, bring my best self to the CFO role.”

Prior to her time with ABC, Domally held financial leadership roles at organizations including the National 4-H Council, American Petroleum Institute, American Chemistry Council, American Public Power Association and KPMG.
