Zep’s Quick Clean Disinfectant cleans — quickly
Atlanta, Georgia-based Zep Commercial has released a fast-acting Quick Clean Disinfectant, which portends to kill 99.9% of bacteria in just five seconds.
According to the company, Quick Clean Disinfectant does the job in a fraction of the time. Many popular anti-bacterial cleaners can take up to 10 minutes to work.
It uses a special quaternary active blend that kills germs quickly, including viruses and bacteria like Rhinovirus, Norovirus and Salmonella.
“Many consumers and even professionals may be unaware that many popular sanitizers and disinfectants can take up to 10 minutes to become effective, so they don’t use them according to label directions, thus potentially leaving their home or business susceptible to bacteria and viruses,” said Dr. Stanley Weller, chief technical officer for Zep Inc. “Our fast acting cleaning formulation takes the guess-work out of sanitizing, saving consumers time and helping professionals achieve superior results while reducing labor costs.”
In addition to disinfecting, Quick Clean also cleans deodorizes, and cuts through stubborn grime with a bleach-free formula.
The solution is now available at retailers nationwide, including Home Depot and Tractor Supply.
