Joining the ranks of new Ace Hardware dealers is Ralph Peperone, a retired police lieutenant from New Orleans who plans to open a 10,322-sq.-ft. store in the town of Oakland, Tenn., according to an article in the Memphis Business Journal.

Peperone, who signed a 10-year lease in The Shops of Oakland mall, will co-own the company, KC Holdings, with his wife Wanda. The new store will have 8,072 sq. ft. of interior space and a 2,250-sq.-ft. lawn and garden center outside.

Peperone told the newspaper he hopes to open several Ace stores in the Memphis area.
