84 Lumber gives top honors to Southeast Forest Products
84 Lumber announced that Southeast Forest Products is the pro dealer’s 2020 Vendor of the Year.
According to 84 Lumber, commitment from Southeast Forest Products allowed it to significantly grow sales with the dealer while maintaining solid lead times.
Southeast’s business is up 80%, and its lead time is the lowest of all of 84 Lumber’s suppliers.
The award is presented each year and is based on various factors including sales growth and above-and-beyond service, 84 Lumber said.
“Southeast Forest Products has been an outstanding partner this year and has gone above and beyond with its communication, dependability and commitment to partnership,” said 84 Lumber Chief Procurement Officer Troy Dally. “Southeast is always equally concerned about our stores as we are, proving that they see themselves as an extension of our team. They work hard to support our dedicated store associates, and they proactively communicate information consistently and efficiently.”
Honors for Southeast Forest Products arrive during a summer when demand for pressure treated lumber spiked and the nation faced shortages.
“Southeast doesn’t just ‘talk the talk,’ but they back that talk up with action,” said Dally. “Even during times with significant shortages in the treated lumber market, Southeast kept us in supply. We are proud to present them with this well-deserved recognition this year!”
Southeast Forest Products is an all-in-one, supplier of all treated lumber needs. Based in Montgomery, Ala., Southeast Forest Products has operations in Lousiville and Nauvoo in addition to Richmond, Ind.
