Rogers will join the company's board of directors, however, on March 27, comprising the board's 11th member.

Mark Weikel, the president and CEO of Luxottica Retail Optical North America, has been appointed to the board of directors of Tractor Supply Co.

At Luxottica, Weikel leads a brand portfolio that includes LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical and Target Optical, which generates more than $3.0 billion in revenue systemwide. Prior to his various positions at Luxottica, he served in executives positions for Lord & Taylor, Victoria's Secret Stores and the MAY Department Stores Co.

Wal-Mart Stores veteran Doug McMillon, 47, will succeed Mike Duke, 63, as president and CEO, effective Feb. 1, 2014, the company announced Monday morning.

Wal-Mart International president and CEO Doug McMillon was given the nod over Walmart U.S. president and CEO Bill Simon to take the top post. McMillon will join the board effective immediately. McMillon’s successor will be named before the end of the fiscal year, according to the company.

The board of directors of Masco Corp. has appointed Donald Parfet as a director, according to a Dec. 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He will serve on the board’s audit committee.

Parfet, 60, is the managing director of Apjohn Group, a business development company, and a general partner of Apjohn Ventures Fund Limited Partnership, a venture capital fund. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Kelly Services and Rockwell Automation.
