Vista, Calif.-based Eco Building Products (ECOB) has announced an agreement with Trussed Inc. to produce patented Smart Components exclusively with Red Shield protection in Southern California. Under the agreement, ECOB has licensed rights to Trussed's proprietary design software package and patented technology, and executed a supply agreement.

EcoBlu Products has teamed with Heroes Village to build quality eco-conscious homes for our veterans. 

The two parties signed a "memorandum of understanding" to partner on the project, which has an initial goal to build approximately 2,000 affordable, environmentally friendly and ADA-conforming homes throughout the United States.

EcoBlu is a Vista, Calif.-based manufacturer of treated wood products.

EcoBlu, a manufacturer of treated lumber, has announced the formation of a new business called E Build &Truss. Located on several acres in Oceanside, a Southern California beach town near the company’s headquarters in Vista, the facility will offer full turnkey products and services to production builders including Red Shield lumber, labor and truss packages. The business will also be able to produce pre-fabricated house packages.

EcoBlu Products Inc., maker of wood products treated with environmentally friendly protective coatings, received a financial boost from a Singapore-based investment company. 

The Vista, Calif.-based supplier entered an investment agreement with Manhattan Resources Limited this week. A $5 million payment was part of the deal.

"This strategic financing has helped us recapitalize our balance sheet while providing us with the growth capital we need," said EcoBlu President and CEO Steve Conboy.

Vista, Calif.-based EcoBlu Products announced today that the company has signed an agreement with Newstar Holdings for the use of its Hartindo AF21 Fire Inhibitor formulation.

Under the terms of the agreement EcoBlu is granted the rights to blend and purchase AF21 Fire Inhibitor concentrates for inclusion in the company's WoodSurfaceFilm treatment. The agreement will hold an initial term of five years and allow the company to distribute the product worldwide.
