Winchester, Va.-based Trex Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of wood-alternative decking and railing, is expanding its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region with the addition of Pittsburgh-based Babcock Lumber Company to its distribution network.
Babcock will supply dealers across western and central Pennsylvania, western New York and West Virginia with Trex products.

With a company history that dates back 126 years, Babcock Lumber is the oldest member of the North American Wholesale Lumber Association (NAWLA) and has been a member of the National Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA) since 1906.
