Tarkett rolls out campaign for Johnsonite

Ohio-based flooring company Tarkett has unveiled a new social media contest, #WeLikeItNatural. The contest is an effort to promote its Johnsonite iQ Natural line of vinyl flooring.

Potential contestants can order samples of the flloring and take photos of it outdoors. Submissions will be displayed on the Facebook page for Johnsonite, and there will drawings every week to see what photo moves on. Users will vote for the top three submissions. Winners receive either a Tarkett FitBit or a $500 gift card to sporting goods store REI.

"We know that architects and designers like to engage with products and touch and feel samples," Tarkett North America’s SVP, Jeff Krejsa, said. "Through this fun, interactive contest, we are not only able to educate users on the benefits of our iQ™ Natural product, but help drive their creativity by building a more in-depth familiarity with the product. We also hope this will encourage specifiers to take a more environmentally-focused approach to product selection."
