Sears Hometown opens in Oklahoma City

Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores is opening its 19th store of the year — and its eighth Sears Hometown store — this time putting itself on the map in Oklahoma City.

"We're both proud and excited to fulfill high consumer demand for Sears Hometown Stores in the Oklahoma City area and to become a staple in the community," stated Jake Brock, owner of the new Sears Hometown Store of Oklahoma City. "We have a knowledgeable team in place with the focus on providing customers with great products, exceptional customer service and a personalized store experience."

Oklahoma City residents will soon be able to access the typical Sears Hometown selection of Kenmore, Maytag, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Bosch, Frigidaire and GE appliances, plus a wide variety of lawn and garden products, Craftsman tools, fitness equipment, mattresses and more.

The new location is located at 14040 Joel McDonald.

Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores operated 1,260 stores in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Bermuda as of Feb. 1, 2014.
