Batavia, Illinois-based Parksite announced a string of new distribution deals. The moves bring Tando cladding to the Midwest, Corian cladding to New England and Boral TruExterior to the Dakotas.

Parksite’s Bolingbrook, Illinois and Fargo, North Dakota locations will distribute the full Tando cladding product line throughout the Midwest. Derby Building Products Inc., the parent company of Tando Building Products, describes the shake and stone products as “category-defining” with natural and dramatic looks that replace traditional materials.

Parksite has added Corian Exterior Cladding to its product offering in its New England territories. For more than 10 years, architects and building companies across the world are discovering and exploiting the qualities of Corian to create functional and visually stunning solutions for residential and commercial buildings, Parksite said in its announcement.

Also effective immediately, Boral TruExterior Siding and Trim is available in the markets serviced by Parksite’s North Dakota location, reaching the majority of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and northwest Iowa. Versetta Stone will be available through our Baltimore, Md., and Apex, N.C., distribution facilities which service the Mid-Atlanta region and the Carolina’s.

“At Parksite, we pride ourselves on building and maintaining mutually successful relationships with all our suppliers and customers.  We are excited and privileged to align with an organization with the same philosophies as our own,” stated Bob Higgins, VP of sales.
