With new business model, Wolf realigns management

York, Pa.-based Wolf announced the realignment of its management team as a response to the change in its business model. No longer a pure two-step distributor, Wolf plans to operate more as a developer of products and programs, such as its own Wolf Trimboards product.

Dominick Pileggi III will serve as VP product development for building products, a newly created position. Pileggi was formerly VP sales for Wolf's building materials division.

Barry Graboski will serve as VP product development for kitchen and bath products, a newly created position. Graboski was formerly VP sales for Wolf's kitchen and bath division.

Michael Sessinger has been named VP sales for Wolf's kitchen and bath and building materials divisions.

Jason Foura has been named product manager for PVC Trim. He joins three current Wolf managers:  Schuyler McCabe, product manager for Interior Building Products;  Brandon Pacifico, Kitchen and Bath product manager; and Jeremy Sellers, deck and rail product manager.

Paul Kovach and Robert Lett Jr. have been named product specialists, newly created positions focused on pull-through marketing activities with dealers and contractors. They join current product specialists Dave Olexson and Jonathan Hade.

Wolf launched Wolf Trimboards and Wolf Mouldings in 2010, and plans to continue developing Wolf-branded products designed specifically for kitchen and LBM dealers. In 2009, the company added a major distribution center in Lawrenceville, Ga., and began a concerted push into several southern states. In mid-September 2010, the company announced it would open a New England distribution center, and in early November 2010 said it would relocate some of its largest building products distribution center to a facility that doubles its storage capacity.
