Orlando — Epicor Software Corp. launched two new Epicor BisTrack applications at its LBM User Conference, held here at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort Nov. 15 to 16.
Epicor BisTrack Price Checker allows a business’s customers access to instantly learn product prices. With this self-service, customers can scan barcodes, view prices on a mountable terminal display and even print item labels throughout the retail store.
According to Epicor, the application promises to reduce wait times and enhance the customer's buying experience to help build shopper loyalty, while giving customers the convenience of in-aisle price verification. It also eliminates the time and costs associated with pricing individual items while freeing sales associates to focus on generating sales, Epicor said.
The BisTrack Warehouse Management application is now available for Android devices, is a bundle package that consists of the BisTrack Count, BisTrack Picking and BisTrack Receipt applications.
The BisTrack Count tool empowers users with instant inventory adjustments, as well as quick and accurate inventory counts. BisTrack Picking allows warehouse staff to pick more accurately using barcoding with fewer missed items, quantity errors, or wrong products. BisTrack Receipt gives users the ability to expedite the receiving process with fewer mistakes, while supporting precise and up-to-date inventory data.
